Howdy I’m Nan! I’ve been in the hair industry for 10 years now. I started off as a generalist behind the chair. Since I started in the beauty industry I have had so many incredible opportunities to explore all my career has to offer. I’ve worked in runway shows, print and even film! I have been a head hair and makeup designer for a movie on Hulu (we need to do something if you’re interested) I moved back from central Oregon 2 years ago and really found my passion behind the chair. I feel so lucky that I was able to live out there and really figure out my style of hair. What I discovered while I was out there is that I really love doing hair for people who hate doing their hair. Creating styles that live with you and your lifestyle really make me excited to come to work everyday. I believe that everyone deserves to feel amazing, whether you style your hair or not. I believe in the true “low maintenance” look. I am a true low maintenance girly myself at the end of the day. The reason why I still love this industry so much is because of all of you. I cherish all of your heads truly, it means a lot to me that you trust me with you hair.I know how important hair is, it’s the one accessory you can’t take off. Nothing is better than when someone truly feels good about their hair. I’ve worked hard to create a safe space for all of my guests. It truly brings me so much joy getting to help humans feel their most confident. When I’m not in the salon you can find me somewhere outside or hanging at home with my cats. I love trying different coffee shops around the city and am always down for a good rec. I’m a big foodie and am always looking for new shows to watch!
